Aharon Ariel Lavi is a serial social entrepreneur, a professional community organiser and a thinker who believes Judaism can inspire and inform all walks of life. Lavi is the co-founder of MAKOM Communities: the Israeli umbrella organisation of intentional communities; and Hakhel - Jewish Intentional Communities Incubator. He has a PhD in Jewish economic thought from Bar-Ilan University and lives with his wife and their four children next to the Gaza border.
